As we head towards our 160th aria, mezzo-soprano Catherine Carby performs the famous Act 3 aria, ‘Che farò senza Euridice’ fromGluck’s ‘Orpheus and Eurydice’. In the aria Orpheus sings of his grief of losing Eurydice to Hades.

Having studied at the Canberra School of Musci and the Royal College of Music, London, Catherine Carby was a finalist in several major competitions including the Kathleen Ferrier Award, the Richard Tauber Award and the Young Concert Artists Trust.
