A bequest is a unique and significant way to make a meaningful contribution to Opera Queensland, enabling you to pass on the passion and inspiration of opera to future generations. 

Every legacy, large or small, supports our work both on and off stage and helps us to further our vision of making opera an integral aspect of Queensland life. 

You may wish to gift a bequest with a specific dollar amount or through an asset. We are grateful for all contributions as each donation assists us in reaching our goals and supports our core values of creativity, respect, collaboration, virtuosity and joy.

Through the gifts given to Opera Queensland we are able to continue to inspire communities and bring exceptional opera to all Queenslanders. 

If you wish to include Opera Queensland in your will and help us reveal the beauty of opera and the joy of song to future generations, please use one of the following clauses:

“I give and bequeath to the Opera Queensland Limited (ABN 83 010 258 750) Donations Fund the residue of my estate to be used for its general purposes.”

“I give and bequeath to the Opera Queensland Limited (ABN 83 010 258 750) Donations Fund the sum of [insert dollar amount] of my estate to be used for its general purposes.”

“I give and bequeath to the Opera Queensland Limited (ABN 83 010 258 750) Donations Fund the residue of my estate to be used for specific purposes in the following areas:”

(E.g. the development of artists or Learning, Regional and Community programs delivered across Queensland etc.)
