Biography

Cleopatra, a proud Kuku Yalanji, Kawrareg, and Kulkalgal woman from North Queensland, is based in Sydney, NSW. As the lead choreographer of Pryce Centre for Culture and Arts’ youth ensemble Baiwa Kazil, she started performing at age 4 with Baiwa Dance Company. Cleopatra has showcased her talent internationally and earned prestigious scholarships for her outstanding leadership. With a passion for creative expression and cultural knowledge, she shares her expertise with young people globally and collaborates with esteemed First Nations artists. Currently serving on the Management Committee of Ausdance Queensland, Cleopatra advocates for young regional artists.
