Vast horizons and dazzling night skies
Following the launch of this remarkable new Australian festival last year, the Festival of Outback Opera is back in 2022.
Set in Queensland’s iconic Outback, the Festival celebrates the wonder of opera under an endless sky with a program of genuinely awesome outdoor concerts and pop-up performances in historical settings, curated by the Festival’s music director, Dane Lam.
The Festival of Outback Opera returns to Winton, Longreach, Barcaldine, Blackall, Tambo and Windorah from 18 – 27 May 2022.
