Reflecting upon our invitation to present a recital for us, Mariana said:
“Our life is like the seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. There is love, sadness, regret and joy.”
With this as her inspiration she invites us to go on a journey with her, being enchanted along the way by some of the most exquisite and profound music ever written for the female voice.
Audiences will have the opportunity to hear the music of Duparc, Chausson, Hahn and the sublime Four Last Songs of Richard Strauss.
